Founder's Message
“Success is not about rising alone. It is about creating opportunities for others to rise with you.”
This belief inspired the founding of YumeYuki Co., Ltd.
From the very beginning, I have believed in the potential of every individual. Yet potential alone is not enough. Lasting success is built through education, discipline, preparation, and access to meaningful opportunities.
YumeYuki was established not only to support overseas employment, but to develop professionals who are trusted, responsible, and capable of contributing wherever they work in the world.
Every achievement we celebrate today is the result of the dedication of our employees, the trust of our students and their families, and the support of our partners.
As we look to the future, our commitment remains unchanged: to empower people with knowledge, values, and opportunities so they can build meaningful careers and better lives.
Message from the Founder & CEO
To our valued partners, employers, students, and their families,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has placed their trust in and supported YumeYuki Co.,Ltd.
The purpose of establishing YumeYuki was never simply to send young people overseas. Our goal is to develop each individual’s skills, mindset, and sense of responsibility so that they can grow into trusted professionals who are capable of contributing and succeeding in international workplaces.
We believe that:
“Education creates opportunities, and discipline builds confidence.”
That is why YumeYuki is committed to providing language education, professional skills training, and overseas employment support, helping each individual expand their possibilities and build a better future.
We also believe that our responsibility does not end with sending people overseas. We place importance on education, training, employment support, and continued personal and professional development after placement, taking a long-term approach to human resource development.
Moving forward, we will continue to develop internationally capable human resources and strive to grow as an organization that honors the trust placed in us and builds long-term partnerships based on mutual respect and reliability.
To everyone who has trusted YumeYuki and continues to walk alongside us, I once again extend my heartfelt appreciation.
Kyaw San Tin
Founder & CEO
YumeYuki Co.,Ltd.
We did not establish YumeYuki simply to build a company.
We established it to build trust.
Our purpose is greater than helping people work overseas.
We are committed to developing individuals who possess the knowledge, discipline, integrity, and character to earn trust wherever they go.
We believe that success is not defined by where a person works, but by the trust they inspire wherever they are.
That belief will continue to guide every decision we make.
